Non-Activation of Services: If a new connection is not activated within the promised time frame due to reasons attributable to ShinePlus Networks.
Technical Failure: If a transaction fails but the amount is debited, and the service was not delivered.
3. Non-Refundable Charges
The following are non-refundable:
Payments for plans already consumed or partially used.
One-time installation, activation, or setup fees.
Charges incurred due to customer-side issues such as incorrect login credentials or configuration errors.

6. Cancellation of Services
If a service is canceled after activation, the remaining amount will not be refunded, except in rare cases where ShinePlus Networks is unable to continue providing services due to internal reasons.
