  • Duplicate Payment: If a customer has made more than one payment for the same billing cycle or invoice.

  • Incorrect Payment Amount: If an incorrect amount or plan was selected and reported within 24 hours.

  • Non-Activation of Services: If a new connection is not activated within the promised time frame due to reasons attributable to ShinePlus Networks.

  • Technical Failure: If a transaction fails but the amount is debited, and the service was not delivered.


3. Non-Refundable Charges

The following are non-refundable:

  • Payments for plans already consumed or partially used.

  • One-time installation, activation, or setup fees.

  • Charges incurred due to customer-side issues such as incorrect login credentials or configuration errors.

6. Cancellation of Services

If a service is canceled after activation, the remaining amount will not be refunded, except in rare cases where ShinePlus Networks is unable to continue providing services due to internal reasons.


7. Dispute Resolution
